Select the recurring purchase option on the product page and choose delivery every 14, 21, 28 or 42 days.

Place your order and receive your food

Complete your order. Future deliveries and payments take place automatically at your chosen interval until you cancel your subscription.

Which interval is right?
Use your pet’s daily food allowance and your remaining stock as a guide. For example, a 12 kg bag lasts around 40 days at 300 g of food per day. Allow a little extra so the food lasts until the next delivery.

Good to know

Which delivery intervals are available?

You can have deliveries every 14, 21, 28 or 42 days. That is every 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks. Choose the interval that suits your pet’s consumption.

Does the discount only apply to the first delivery?

No. You get 10% off the current one-time purchase price with every subscription delivery. Your price is shown on the product page and before you complete your order.

Is shipping free even for small orders?

Yes. Standard shipping for subscription deliveries within Switzerland is free, with no minimum order value. For one-time purchases, the usual shipping rates apply: CHF 8.90, free on orders of CHF 95 or more. The shipping costs for your order are shown at checkout.

How can I skip a delivery or cancel?

Open My subscriptions or use the management link in your subscription emails. You can skip an upcoming delivery or cancel at any time for future deliveries. Orders already placed are not affected.

How does payment work?

Your saved payment method is charged automatically for each delivery. The price, quantity and delivery interval are shown before you complete your order.

Can I still place one-time orders?

Yes. On the product page, you choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription. A subscription is only created when you select the recurring purchase option and complete your order.

Is the subscription available for all pack sizes?

The food subscription is available for all pack sizes offered for our dogdog® and catcat® products. Puppies and young animals have rapidly changing nutritional needs. Check regularly that the recipe, quantity and delivery interval are still suitable.
