Right of Withdrawal/Return Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we voluntarily grant you a return policy under the following conditions: 

 

Return period 

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating any reasons. 

 

Conditions for a return 

For quality assurance and hygiene reasons, the following conditions apply: 

  • The goods must be unopened, original sealed and undamaged
  • The original packaging must not have been opened
  • The product must be returned complete 

Opened feed products are excluded from return for hygienic and safety-related reasons.

Please provide your order number. We will inform you of the further procedure. 

 

Return costs 

The costs for the return are borne by the customer.

 

Refund 

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you via the originally used payment method. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. 

 

Exclusion of the right of return 

Excluded from the right of return are:

  • opened or partially used feed products
  • products with damaged original packaging
  • individually assembled or personalized products 

 

Goodwill policy 

In individual cases, we will voluntarily and without acknowledging any legal obligation examine a goodwill solution if your dog or cat does not tolerate a product or if there are special circumstances. Please contact us at the email address mentioned above.
